Liver Qi stagnationis often at the heart of emotional turbulence. The Liver is responsible for the smooth flow of Qi and emotions – so when that flow is disrupted, you might feel irritable, frustrated, or stuck.
Heart Qi and Shen (spirit) can be affected, leading to anxiety, palpitations, poor sleep, or a scattered feeling.
Kidney Yin depletion, which naturally happens as we age, can show up as fatigue, brain fog, and a deep sense of being ungrounded or overwhelmed.
