Careers at Yin

Do you ever find yourself saying out loud, “how good is acupuncture!” or “I love Chinese Medicine”?  If so, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

At Yin Wellness Brisbane, we feel incredibly lucky to work in a profession we genuinely love – one we want to keep growing in, learning from, and practising for years to come. We’re a team of 6 acupuncturists passionate about fertility, pregnancy, hormonal health and emotional wellbeing, and we’re always open to connecting with like-minded practitioners who share this focus.

We anticipate expanding our acupuncture team in late 2026 / early 2027, and we’d love to hear from practitioners who feel aligned with our values, approach and way of working.

Our Treatment Approach and Values

Our work is grounded in reproductive and women’s health, with a strong focus on fertility, pregnancy support, menstrual health and emotional wellbeing.

We are guided by:

  • Compassion – every patient deserves to feel deeply supported in their health and fertility journey.
  • Community – we work closely as a team, sharing knowledge, discussing cases and supporting each other’s growth.
  • Excellence of Care – we are committed to thoughtful, individualised and evidence-informed Chinese medicine treatment.
  • Inclusivity – we welcome and support people from all walks of life, recognising the uniqueness of each individual.

Team Culture

We are intentional about creating a clinic culture that feels collaborative, supportive and connected.

At Yin, practitioners don’t work in isolation. Instead, we prioritise:

  • Regular team training and case discussions
  • Shared clinical learning and mentorship
  • Ongoing professional development
  • A culture where questions, reflection and collaboration are welcomed
  • A shared focus on patient-centred care across the whole team

We also value who you are as the practitioner, not just your clinical skills.  This includes  how you relate to clients, your authenticity, and how you bring yourself into the treatment room in a grounded, supportive and ethical way.
